TCA Development Efforts – Give Every Year, Make a Difference Every Day.

Why are annual development efforts needed? The annual development efforts raise additional funds that enable TCA to accomplish goals above and beyond the operating budget. Your support and participation are vital for Trinity Christian Academy to continue its mission to empower students to discover and live out their God-given purpose.

Your once-a-year contribution and/or support of our partners helps to bridge the gap between tuition and the true cost of educating a student. TCA is a 501C3 and all gifts are tax-deductible.

Thanks to generous families who have given to TCA this year, we have been able to purchase new STEM equipment for the Lower Division Imagination Station and the Upper Division Maker Space, order a new classroom set of Chromebooks, a new set of collaborative classroom desks, new equipment for Family Home and Consumer Technology, new uniforms for the golf team, new pianos for fine arts and so much more!

The greatest needs in the classroom right now are for new projectors, an updated PA system, Wi-Fi upgrades and access points, more tablets and Chromebooks in K-12 and new playground equipment and gym mats in the nursery.

The year 2020 has brought about difficult circumstances for many families, so we understand that you may not be able to make a contribution to the development efforts this year, but did you know that you can support TCA without spending extra money that you weren’t already planning to spend? Do you shop on Amazon? Who doesn’t, right? Did you know that most purchases you make on Amazon are eligible for Amazon to donate a percentage of the sale to Trinity Christian Academy? Amazon has already donated nearly $1,000 to TCA. Help increase that dollar amount by supporting TCA on Amazon Smile today! Now available through the app too.
How it works:

Box Tops

Whether you collected them as a child or as a parent of your children, you have probably cut out Box Tops at some point in your life. For decades, Box Tops for Education has given families an easy way to earn cash for their school through grocery items they already purchased. Now that process is even easier! All you have to do is download the Box Tops mobile app and scan your receipt each time you shop. The app will identify all participating products on your receipts and instantly add cash to TCA’s earnings. Grocery shop online? No problem! All you have to do is forward your online grocery receipts to receipts@boxtops4education.com. TCA’s lifetime earnings from Box Tops is $96,387! These funds have been used through the years to purchase, repair and upgrade playground equipment.

Winn Dixie Community Bag Program

This program was designed by Southeastern Grocers to make it easy for shoppers to give back to their local communities while supporting the environment. The Winn Dixie on Chaffee rotates through various community nonprofits throughout the year and features TCA at least twice a year for a whole month. When TCA is the featured nonprofit of the month, TCA will receive a $1 donation each time a shopper purchases a $2.50 reusable Community Bag. Be on the lookout for the next time Trinity is featured!

Uniforms & Fan Gear

You also give back to TCA by purchasing your school uniforms through our partner vendor, French Toast Schoolbox (https://www.frenchtoast.com/schoolbox/schools/Trinity-Christian-Academy-QS44AA3) and by purchasing your fan gear through the official fan gear store, The Conqueror Store (www.tcaconquerorstore.com).

Bright SchoolKitz

You can support TCA by purchasing your Lower Division school supplies lists through Bright SchoolKitz. Bright SchoolKitz is an organization that employees handicap adults to assist in the prepackaging of supply kits built to the exact specifications of your teachers’ supply lists and donates $1 per kit back to TCA. That’s a purchase that you can feel good about!
