The Conqueror Fund

We hope that current parents will consider Trinity Christian Academy as a meaningful cause to support philanthropically and realize that their contributions, regardless of their size, can make a significant difference. Our families' donations range from $20 to over $30,000, reflecting their financial diversity, and we appreciate each one of them as they collectively impact our school community. We kindly ask you to give generously to help us raise the additional funds necessary to enhance our programs, faculty, and facilities beyond what tuition covers. Your support encourages others to give, helps TCA receive foundation grants, and displays to our community that TCA truly does empower students to discover and live out their God-given purpose.

To maintain the high standards of a school that serves programs for Nursery - 12th grade, we need to invest in the latest technologies, equipment, and resources that empower our students to learn and grow. These investments are necessary to provide our students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies they need to succeed in their future careers and personal lives.

At our price point, the programs, technology, and facilities TCA offers are unmatched amongst other Private Christian schools in our area. Competitors with similar offerings are currently charging $13,000+ per student. We work extremely hard internally and with our TCA Board of financial professionals and local business owners to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible. This team of professionals review our finances quarterly to ensure every dollar of tuition we receive is invested to best further our mission of empowering students to discover and live out their God-given purpose.

At Trinity Christian Academy, our aim is to provide our students with the highest quality education possible. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit institution, our focus is not on generating profits like for-profit businesses, but rather offering excellence in everything we do.

Currently, grants and EANS funding from the state and federal level have also contributed to our ability to keep the tuition rates down. Ultimately, charitable gifts are a necessary part of every independent school’s healthy financial profile.

Like most private schools, Trinity Christian Academy also establishes non-tuition revenue to support the growth and development of our programs and facilities. This gap between tuition and operational costs must be covered by fundraising efforts, donations, corporate sponsorships, and outside grants/funding. These contributions not only enable us to maintain affordable tuition prices for our families, but they also play a crucial role in sustaining the school's mission and vision for the future.

Furthermore, unlike tuition, contributions to the Conqueror Fund are fully tax-deductible, as allowed by law. This means that every family can give at a meaningful level that aligns with their financial capability while also receiving the benefits of tax deductions. Through the generosity of our community, we can continue to invest in the education of our students and provide them with the resources they need to thrive in their academic and personal endeavors.

There is a common misconception that Trinity Ministries accepts donations from one organization and diverts them to another. However, this is entirely untrue. At Trinity, each ministry is recognized as a separate 501(c)(3) organization and is treated as such. When you make a donation to any of our ministries, whether it is Trinity Baptist Church, Trinity Christian Academy, Trinity Baptist College, Trinity Rescue Mission, or Trinity Camp and Retreat Center, your contribution will be utilized to directly benefit that specific organization and will not be redirected to any other organizations. In fact, state and federal laws strictly prohibit such practices.

While numerous families make financial sacrifices to cover their tuition fees, it remains crucial for each member of our community to contribute to the Conqueror Fund in some capacity.

There are three primary ways in which you can support Trinity Christian Academy’s Conqueror Fund. Firstly, you can endorse the Conqueror Fund to your social circle and the wider community, which will help us attract and retain families who align with our mission. Secondly, you can encourage other individuals, including grandparents, who share our values and want to support our school to contribute to the Conqueror Fund. Thirdly, the Conqueror Fund’s success is reliant on parent volunteers, and we welcome all parents to join us. Your donations to the Conqueror Fund will be thoughtfully and strategically distributed by our leadership team to support the most impactful projects that align with TCA’s mission of empowering students to discover and live-out their God-given purpose. If there is a particular aspect of TCA’s mission that resonates with you, you have the option to make a targeted donation to support that area. The success of these fundraising efforts is crucial to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality education and resources for our students and meet our financial goals for the year.
