TCA Lunch Program 2025-2026

Trinity Christian Academy has partnered with All Seasons Foods to provide quality lunch service for our students. This year, all lunch orders will be managed through the EZ School Apps platform.

All students, both new and returning, must create or update an account to participate in the lunch program.
Please follow the steps below to get started.

Lunch Prices

Early Learning Program (Nursery - PreK4)

 $4 per lunch

Lower Division (K-5th)

$5.50 per lunch

Upper Division (6th-12th)

$5.50 - $7.00* per day

*Upper Division pricing depends on the student’s à la carte selections (items chosen individually at lunch)

Pre-Ordering

(Early Learning Program - 5th Grade)

Pre-ordering is required for Early Learning through 5th Grade

Orders and cancellations must be submitted by 8:00 AM on the day of service

You can pre-order up to one month in advance

All ordering is completed through your EZ School Apps account

À La Carte Option

(6th - 12th Grade)

Students in grades 6–12 can choose from à la carte lunch items in the Dining Commons.

Payment Options:

  • Preloaded funds in your EZ School Apps account
  • Debit or credit card at checkout
  • Cash is also accepted

Ordering is open one month at a time.

Bring Your Own Lunch

All students are welcome to bring lunch from home if preferred.

How to Set Up Your EZ School Apps Account

Follow the steps below to create your account and get started:

STEP 1:

Go to EZ School Apps Parent Login https://www.ezschoolapps.com/login/parent

STEP 2:

Click "Sign Up"

STEP 3:

Enter the school zip code: 32221

STEP 4:

Select Trinity Christian Academy from the list of schools

STEP 5:

Fill out and submit the Parent Sign Up Form

STEP 6:

Login as Parent

STEP 7:

Find your child by clicking "Missing a student". If your student is not listed, you can add them at the bottom of the list of students by clicking "My Student is not listed"

STEP 8:

Click "Connect" beside your child's name or follow prompts to add a new child

Once your account is created and your student is connected, you’ll be able to pre-order lunches, add funds, and manage your lunch account online.

You can also view the daily lunch menu through the calendar in your EZ School Apps account.

Important Information

Payment & Account Details:

  • A credit card is required to use EZ School Apps
  • Funds are loaded to your student’s account, not the parent’s
  • If multiple parents add money, all funds go to the same student account
  • Funds are non-refundable
  • A 3.75% convenience fee or $2.50 minimum is charged per credit card transaction
  • We also accept cash at the Point of Sale
  • It’s recommended to load a lump sum instead of paying per meal to reduce fees
  • If your student account goes negative, All Seasons Foods may charge the card on file
  • Disputes must be made within 7 days by emailing knalesnik@aseasonsfoods.com
    Include your school name, student name, date of transaction, and any details

Pre-Ordering Instructions:

For Early Learning – 5th Grade campuses using preorders:

  • Log in, click “Purchase Preorder”, select your student and the month
  • Choose meals, then save and pay
  • To cancel: choose the date, and click “No Preorder K–12”
  • Refunds will be added back to your EZA account if canceled by the cutoff time

How to Print the Menu:

If your student’s classroom or teacher is not listed, please email:
knalesnik@aseasonsfoods.com with your school name, student grade, and teacher info.
