FACTS Family Portal Instructions

To access your financial information through the FACTS Family Portal, please follow the steps below.

FACTS Family Portal Login Instructions:

Go to the FACTS Family Portal login page.
Click Create Account.
Enter the District Code: TCAJ-FL.
Enter the parent email address that we have on file for you and click “Create Account” again.
FACTS will send you an email with a link to create your username and password.
Follow the link in the email to create your username and password, then click “Save Username and/or Password.”
Close the window and log in to the FACTS Family Portal with username and password.

Important: FACTS Family portal is for financial information only. Student classroom information is available on the Plus Portal.

TCA App is a helpful tool for our families in several different ways:

All of our resources are now at your fingertips.
You can see the schoolwide, sports, and grade level calendars in one location.
You can subscribe to the groups you need/want to see (grade level, sports, fine arts groups, etc.).
Notifications and updates will be sent straight to the app for the groups you subscribe to (ex. practice cancelled, "no school" reminders, etc)

We encourage you to download the app to stay up-to-date with all things TCA, as it is your one-stop-shop!

Search "Trinity Christian Academy" in the App Store or in Google Play.

Download and open the app.

Select Parent/Family, Student, or Community Member.

Select Division(s) you are interested in.

Select Athletic Group(s) you are interested in. If none, click "Continue."

Select Grade(s) you are interested in.

Select Fine Art(s) you are interested in. If none, click "Continue."
