Great news! Many parents and students have been asking when they can come to campus to collect all the personal items out of their lockers. Now that we know that we are not returning to school for the remainder of this school year, we want to go ahead and get these personal items returned.
We don’t want to over complicate things but at the same time we want to be very specific in what we are doing. Our primary goal is to do this in a safe and efficient manner. We are asking all parents and students to remain in your cars and allow a staff member to bring your items out to your car.
We will clean out your locker, place your items in a plastic bag, label it with your name, and when you come to campus, bring that bag out to your car.
What will be included in the pick up?
All personal contents in your locker, sports pictures that you have ordered, seniors: TCA cap and gowns (blue) if you haven’t already picked them up.
What about my books?
For now, we will leave your books in your locker. We will write your locker number down and what books are in your locker. We will then inventory all the books. If you have books at home, please return them at the pick-up time. We will add them to our inventory and account for all books. Any book that is not returned will be charged to your account. We will also check all classrooms and lockers and any books found will be inventoried as well. You will not need your textbook for any online school work for the rest of the year.
What about my yearbook?
Yearbooks are not printed. As soon as we receive the yearbooks, we will arrange a time for you to return to campus to pick up your yearbook. We are anticipating an early June delivery.
What about my sports uniforms?
Return all sports uniforms at this time. Place them in a plastic bag with your name on a label. We will have a drop off for sports items in the gym parking lot during your pick-up times. Your coach or a representative will be on campus during the pick-up times to collect your uniforms.
There are two opportunities for you to pick up your personal items:
We will stagger the pick-up times to minimize congestions and have two staging areas.
If your locker is in the M-bldg. (JH), then you will be directed to the M-bldg. pick-up location.
If your locker is in the music /science bldg. or the high school bldg., you will go to the high school bldg. pick-up location.
The pick-up areas will be the doors closest to the parking lot by the building where your locker is.

G-M: 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm
N-Z: 4:00pm – 4:30 pm
Anyone unable to come at the above time: 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Although the school buildings may be physically closed, we are not. We are working diligently to ensure your child is progressing in his or her school work. We are looking forward to seeing you face-to-face, even though it will be brief and at a distance.
