Celebrating Commitment, Character, and Calling: TCA National Signing Day 2026
National Signing Day is always a meaningful moment at Trinity Christian Academy. It is a day filled with anticipation, pride, and gratitude as student-athletes take an important step toward the next chapter of their lives. On Wednesday, February 4, 2026, TCA proudly celebrated 13 seniors who officially committed to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level.
Surrounded by family members, coaches, teammates, and classmates, these students signed their letters of intent, marking the culmination of years of discipline, early mornings, long practices, and perseverance. While much of the attention is on college commitments, the heart of Signing Day is about growth, maturity, and faithfulness through the journey.
This year’s class represents one of the strongest signing groups in recent TCA history, with multiple student-athletes committing to Division I programs, including:
- University of Florida
- Louisiana State University
- University of Alabama
- Virginia Tech
Others will continue their careers at respected collegiate programs across Florida and the Southeast, reflecting both athletic excellence and academic preparation.

Ten members of the class signed to play collegiate baseball, including three athletes heading to the University of Florida, two to LSU, and others committed to University of Alabama, Virginia Tech, Davidson College, University of North Florida, and University of Mississippi.
TCA football and softball were also represented, with student-athletes committing to programs at University of West Florida, The Citadel, and St. Johns River State College that align with their academic goals and athletic potential. Each signing tells a unique story of resilience, discipline, and trust in God’s timing.
At Trinity Christian Academy, athletics are about more than wins and statistics. The goal has always been to develop student-athletes who pursue excellence with humility, lead with integrity, and understand that their identity is found in Christ, not performance.

Signing Day reflects that mission. These students leave TCA prepared not only to compete at the next level, but to represent their families, their school, and their faith with confidence and character.
Behind every commitment is a community that helped make it possible. Coaches invested countless hours in training and mentorship. Teachers encouraged accountability and balance. Parents supported the journey with sacrifice and prayer. Teammates pushed one another to grow stronger together.
As we celebrate these 13 seniors, we also celebrate God’s faithfulness in guiding their steps. Scripture reminds us that while we may plan our course, the Lord establishes our steps. We look forward to watching these young men and women continue to grow, lead, and shine as they step into what God has prepared next.
