God Is Moving at Conqueror Camp 

Summer Camp so far has been filled with fun, lots of little smiling faces, and new adventures. But the greatest moments haven't happened on the playground or during field trips. They've happened during our daily devotion time.

Each morning, campers gather for worship and a Bible lesson designed to help them understand God's Word in a way they can apply to their everyday lives. From learning to build their lives on Christ as a firm foundation to discovering how to choose peace and love others well, the Gospel has been at the center of every week.

Already this summer, God has done something incredible.

During the first two weeks of camp, 15 children made the decision to trust Jesus as their Savior, and we’ve celebrated even more since then. In previous summers, we might celebrate two salvations over the course of the entire season. Watching God move so powerfully in the hearts of these children has been nothing short of amazing.

The impact has extended far beyond camp. Parents have responded with tears of joy as they shared how God is already working in their homes.

One mother explained that her son had been faithfully reading his Bible and how overjoyed she was to learn he had accepted Christ. Just one week later, his brother made the same decision. Another parent shared that her daughter had been asking all week how she could hear God's voice. While the mother admitted that she personally struggles with these types of questions, she was grateful her daughter learned at camp that God speaks through His Word and hears us when we pray.

Our campers have loved the field trips to Sweet Pete's and Hanna Park, as well as implementing our lesson on “Acts of Kindness” by visiting a local nursing home. But nothing compares to seeing lives transformed by the Gospel.

We're excited to see how God will continue to work in the hearts of our campers and their families. Please join us in praying that the seeds planted this summer will continue to grow for years to come.
