Jim McKenzie
Jim McKenzie is an educator, author, and speaker with more than 30 years in Christian education. A former head of school, TEDx speaker, and #1 Amazon bestselling author, Jim equips leaders and teachers through workshops, keynotes, and his work with the Herzog Foundation, Summit Ministries, and Meteor Education. Known for his dynamic yet pastoral style, he inspires audiences to live out their faith with courage and clarity. Jim lives in Gainesville, Florida, with his wife and five children.
Paul Matthews
Paul Matthews is a school leader at an independent school in Southern Tasmania, a TEDx speaker, and a bestselling educational author with a passion for helping schools navigate Artificial Intelligence with clarity and confidence. He speaks to educators and leaders across Australia and North America, equipping them to respond wisely to the opportunities and challenges AI is creating in education. Paul works with schools and systems to build staff capability, strengthen practice, and develop thoughtful approaches to AI use. He is also a fellow at Baylor University’s Center for School Leadership, where he contributes to international conversations about educational innovation and leadership. Paul is the author of Artificial Intelligence, Real Literacy, a practical guide to using AI for evidence-based teaching, and A Time to Lead, a thought-provoking look at the future of education in an AI-shaped world.

Ben Schettler
Ben Schettler is the founder and CEO of The Center for Truth in Love.
For over 15 years The Center for Truth in Love has been equipping churches to speak the Bible’s truth in love to the difficult challenges facing culture. Ben is a frequent national conference speaker, hosts The Biblical Worldview Podcast and The Truth in Love Show syndicated on the Christian Television Network. In addition to serving as the faith outreach advisor to Dr. Ben Carson, Ben is the author and producer of 5 cultural engagement curriculums including Lies Aren’t Love and Love Chooses Life.
Ben lives with his wife Makenzie and son Cranston in Pensacola FL.
Dr. Roger C. S. Erdvig
Dr. Roger C. S. Erdvig, Director of the Center for Biblical Worldview Formation at Summit Ministries, has served as a pastor, university professor, and CEO of three educational institutions. With nearly two decades in educational leadership and over a decade of homeschooling, he deeply understands how a biblical worldview forms in children and young adults. Roger is the author of the watershed book, Beyond Biblical Integration, which has been studied by tens of thousands of educators around the globe. Known for his engaging and conversational approach to training, he is a sought-after speaker and coach, and a leading voice in the biblical worldview formation movement.
Dr. Maggie Pope
Dr. Maggie Pope, Associate Director of Worldview Education at Summit, has spent over 20 years as a teacher, educational leader, curriculum developer, and trainer. She is passionate about the educational and spiritual training of children and young adults, recognizing the great importance of intentional efforts to shape the biblical worldview of the next generation. Maggie brings to her work a wealth of experience in coaching educational leaders. Maggie’s doctoral dissertation featured new research on the efforts of Christian school leaders to equip their faculty to focus on Biblical worldview formation as the central priority of teaching and learning.
