Alumni Spotlight – Nathan Bialek ’10 From TCA to Dublin: Nathan Bialek’s Journey of Growth and Success

Nathan Bialek, a 2010 graduate of Trinity Christian Academy, has built an impressive career and life that spans continents, thanks to the strong foundation he received during his years at TCA. Nathan’s journey has taken him from the classrooms and sports fields of Trinity to the bustling streets of Dublin, Ireland, where he now resides with his family.

Academic and Professional Achievements

After graduating from Trinity, Nathan pursued higher education at Florida State College at Jacksonville, where he earned an Associate of Arts degree. His passion for healthcare led him to the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), where he obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Nathan’s career has since flourished, and he currently holds the prestigious position of Director of Industry Relations, Government Programs for Optum Rx.

His career highlights include working in the Philippines for two months, where he had the opportunity to train 30 individuals, and becoming an expatriate in Dublin, Ireland. Nathan’s dedication and organic growth in his field are a testament to his hard work and the solid foundation laid during his time at Trinity.

Life in Dublin and Beyond

Now living in Dublin with his high school sweetheart and wife, Kayla, and their two boys, Carter (3) and Cash (2), Nathan enjoys an active and fulfilling life. The Bialek family, along with their Irish Doodle, Hazel, are embracing the Irish culture while making the most of the outdoor beauty the country has to offer. Whether it’s working out, playing basketball, or wake surfing, Nathan enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his family.

Fond Memories and Lasting Lessons from Trinity

Nathan credits Trinity’s dual enrollment program with helping him fast-track his college education, allowing him to jumpstart his career. His involvement in athletics also played a crucial role in shaping his character, teaching him resilience, perseverance, and the importance of never giving up. "No is never an answer," he recalls, a mantra that has guided him through many challenges in his professional life.

Among his favorite memories at TCA are playing football and basketball, lunchtime with friends, indulging in chicken sandwiches, pizza, fries, and massive ic cookies, and attending basketball camps. These experiences not only brought joy but also instilled in him a strong work ethic and team spirit that have carried him through life.

Faith and Spiritual Growth

Nathan reflects on the significant impact Trinity had on his relationship with God. Being in a Christian environment, surrounded by godly men and women, was instrumental in his spiritual growth. He especially values the influence of coaches who poured into the lives of their students, showing genuine care and concern.
